Description
Deep red in colour this wine has an intense aroma of plums and blackberries. The taste is of purple fruit with chocolate and mocha. Hints of vanilla are also obvious from the oak influence. This is a soft approachable wine.

Made from 85% Merlot, with a little bit of Cabernet Sauvignon to bring out the blackberry flavours, this grape was grown in the sun-drenched Central Valley of Chile, a region where Merlot thrives.
Harvested by hand from 7 year old vines, this wine was fermented for 8 days before being aged for 4 months in a combination of new French oak barrels and and stainless steel tanks.
